- In a large bowl or pitcher, mix together the orange juice, cranberry juice, lemon juice, and optional pineapple juice. Stir well.
- Chill the juice mixture in the refrigerator.
- Just before serving, gently stir in the ginger ale.
- Add ice cubes or frozen cranberries, and garnish with fruit and mint.
Notes
Store the juice mixture (without ginger ale) in a sealed pitcher in the refrigerator for up to 48 hours. Do not store the mixed drink with ginger ale as it will go flat.
