  • 1 cup warm water Use warm water for better digestion.
  • 1/2 piece lemon (juiced) Squeeze the juice from half a lemon.
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar Organic, if possible.
  • 1 teaspoon honey Optional, adjust to taste.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Measure 1 cup of warm water.
  2. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon into the warm water.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to the mixture.
  4. If you like it sweet, mix in 1 teaspoon of honey.
  5. Stir everything together until well combined.
  6. Drink it on an empty stomach to take full advantage of its benefits.

Notes

Best served fresh in the morning. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Freezing is not recommended.
