  • 4 oz Vodka
  • 1 oz Simple syrup Make by dissolving equal parts sugar and water.
  • 1 oz Coffee liqueur
  • 2 oz Freshly brewed espresso Use freshly brewed for best flavor.
Garnish
  • Coffee beans For garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Chill two martini or small coupe glasses in the refrigerator for 10 to 15 minutes.
  2. Gather the ingredients: vodka, simple syrup, coffee liqueur, and freshly brewed espresso.
Mixing
  1. Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake well for 15-20 seconds until cold and mixed.
Serving
  1. Strain the mixture into the chilled glasses using a fine mesh strainer.
  2. Garnish with coffee beans.
  3. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

Espresso Martinis are best enjoyed fresh. Store leftovers in the refrigerator. It's not recommended to freeze as it can alter flavor and texture.
