- Gather all your ingredients.
- In a small mason jar or glass, add barista-style oat milk, 1 tablespoon vanilla syrup, soy milk, matcha powder, and an additional 1/2 tablespoon of vanilla syrup.
- Use a milk frother to froth the mix for 20-30 seconds until thick and whipped. Set aside.
- Fill a tall glass with ice.
- Pour peppermint syrup and the remaining 1 tablespoon of vanilla syrup over the ice.
- Pour cold brew coffee into the glass and stir gently to mix.
- Top the cold brew with the frothy matcha mixture prepared earlier.
- Sprinkle pink and green sprinkles on top if desired.
