Ingredients
  

Cold Brew Base
  • 1.5 cups cold brew coffee You can use store-bought or homemade.
  • 1 tablespoon peppermint syrup
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla syrup Use 1 tablespoon separately from the next ingredient.
  • 0.5 tablespoon vanilla syrup To be mixed with milk.
Frothed Matcha Mixture
  • 2 tablespoons barista-style oat milk
  • 1 tablespoon soy milk Preferably barista blend.
  • 1 teaspoon pure matcha powder Adjust for stronger flavor if desired.
Toppings
  • ice
  • pink and green sprinkles Optional for topping.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Gather all your ingredients.
  2. In a small mason jar or glass, add barista-style oat milk, 1 tablespoon vanilla syrup, soy milk, matcha powder, and an additional 1/2 tablespoon of vanilla syrup.
  3. Use a milk frother to froth the mix for 20-30 seconds until thick and whipped. Set aside.
  4. Fill a tall glass with ice.
  5. Pour peppermint syrup and the remaining 1 tablespoon of vanilla syrup over the ice.
  6. Pour cold brew coffee into the glass and stir gently to mix.
  7. Top the cold brew with the frothy matcha mixture prepared earlier.
  8. Sprinkle pink and green sprinkles on top if desired.

Notes

Enjoy this drink by itself or with sweet snacks like cookies, cake, or muffins. Fresh preparation is best for taste, and store unused components in the fridge for up to a day.
