Preparation
- Prepare your square 8x8 or 9x9 inch pan with cooking spray and parchment paper.
- Organize and measure your ingredients. Have everything ready to go.
Cooking
- In a saucepan, over low heat, warm the condensed milk until hot but not boiling.
- Add the chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and food coloring.
- Stir frequently until melted, smooth and incorporated. If necessary, add 1-2 tablespoons of butter or shortening.
- Stir in the flour until blended.
- If adding sprinkles, stir them into the hot fudge mixture and pour into the prepared pan.
- Top with additional sprinkles or decorations as desired.
Serving
- Cut into small squares after the fudge has set. Serve on a plate or a paper square.
- Pair with a hot drink or a cold glass of milk.
- For a richer treat, warm a square in the microwave before serving.
Notes
Store the fudge in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks, or freeze for up to three months.
