Main Ingredients
  • 2 cups chocolate chips Use dark or milk chocolate for richness.
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips For sweetness and color.
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 oz can required.
  • 1/3 cup flour To help set the fudge.
  • few drops red food coloring Adjust for desired color intensity.
  • 1/2 cup heavy or whipping cream For a richer texture.
  • 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips

  • as desired sprinkles For decoration.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Prepare your square 8x8 or 9x9 inch pan with cooking spray and parchment paper.
  2. Organize and measure your ingredients. Have everything ready to go.
Cooking
  1. In a saucepan, over low heat, warm the condensed milk until hot but not boiling.
  2. Add the chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and food coloring.
  3. Stir frequently until melted, smooth and incorporated. If necessary, add 1-2 tablespoons of butter or shortening.
  4. Stir in the flour until blended.
  5. If adding sprinkles, stir them into the hot fudge mixture and pour into the prepared pan.
  6. Top with additional sprinkles or decorations as desired.
Serving
  1. Cut into small squares after the fudge has set. Serve on a plate or a paper square.
  2. Pair with a hot drink or a cold glass of milk.
  3. For a richer treat, warm a square in the microwave before serving.

Notes

Store the fudge in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks, or freeze for up to three months.
