- Scoop passionfruit pulp into a glass.
- Add lime juice and coconut water.
- Add plenty of ice and stir well.
- For a sparkling version, use half coconut water and half soda water.
- Garnish and serve cold.
Notes
For best results, taste as you go to adjust the sweetness and tartness. Serve in tall glasses with ice; garnishing with a lime wheel or mint sprig enhances presentation.
