  • 1 cup milk of choice (I used whole milk)
  • 3 tbsp lavender syrup
  • 2 oz brewed espresso (or 8 oz freshly brewed coffee)

Preparation
  1. Whisk together the milk and lavender syrup in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir until the mixture starts to steam and form small bubbles.
  2. Remove the saucepan from the heat and froth the milk using a frother or whisk until creamy and light.
  3. Brew your espresso or coffee separately in a mug.
  4. Pour the hot lavender milk over the brewed coffee, ensuring to include the foam on top.
  5. Enjoy your Easy Lavender Latte!

Notes

You can garnish the latte with a sprinkle of dried lavender. It pairs well with light pastries or snacks. Store leftovers of lavender milk in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
