Easy Frozen Hot Chocolate

Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • ½ cup dry hot chocolate mix (about 3 packets Swiss Miss)
  • 1 ½ cups ice
Garnishes (optional)
  • to taste whipped cream
  • to taste chocolate shavings

Method
 

Blending
  1. Add the milk, dry hot chocolate mix, and ice to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Divide the drink between two glasses.
  3. Garnish with whipped cream and/or chocolate shavings as desired.

Notes

This drink is best served fresh, but leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours. If it separates, stir or re-blend before drinking. For meal prep, freeze portions in ice cube trays for quick serving later.
