Ingredients
  

Fudge Base
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup white boxed cake mix or flour Cake mix adds flavor; flour serves as a binder.
Coloring and Toppings
  • teal gel color teal gel color Use toothpicks for adding color.
  • purple gel color purple gel color Use toothpicks for adding color.
  • 1/2 cup candy eggs Malted or not, for topping.
  • sprinkles or sparkles For added decoration and crunch.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Gather and measure all ingredients.
  2. Stir together white chocolate chips and condensed milk over low heat until melted and smooth, about 10 minutes.
  3. Stir in cake mix or flour until blended, around 5 minutes until the mixture is smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and immediately divide mixture into two bowls.
  5. Add a few drops of gel color to each bowl and blend using toothpicks.
Marbling and setting
  1. Line and spray an 8x8 inch baking dish.
  2. Drop spoonfuls of each colored mixture into the dish, using a messy approach.
  3. Take a fork and marble the fudge.
  4. Sprinkle with candy eggs and sprinkles, then refrigerate overnight.
Serving
  1. Cut the fudge into small squares before serving.
  2. Serve on a plate or package as a gift.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks. Freeze for longer storage up to three months. Cut fudge into squares before freezing.
