Preparation
- Gather and measure all ingredients.
- Stir together white chocolate chips and condensed milk over low heat until melted and smooth, about 10 minutes.
- Stir in cake mix or flour until blended, around 5 minutes until the mixture is smooth.
- Remove from heat and immediately divide mixture into two bowls.
- Add a few drops of gel color to each bowl and blend using toothpicks.
Marbling and setting
- Line and spray an 8x8 inch baking dish.
- Drop spoonfuls of each colored mixture into the dish, using a messy approach.
- Take a fork and marble the fudge.
- Sprinkle with candy eggs and sprinkles, then refrigerate overnight.
Serving
- Cut the fudge into small squares before serving.
- Serve on a plate or package as a gift.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks. Freeze for longer storage up to three months. Cut fudge into squares before freezing.
