Ingredients

Cheeses
  • 7 ounces Brie cheese
  • 5 ounces chevre (goat cheese)
  • 5 ounces blue cheese
  • 2 ounces Havarti cheese
  • 1/2 cup Colby-Jack cheese, cubed
  • 6 sticks white cheddar sticks wrapped in spicy salami
Meats
  • 1 can sardines, drained (3.75 ounces)
  • 2 ounces smoked salmon
  • 1 package thinly sliced salami (4 ounces)
  • 1/2 cup chorizo bites
Fruits & Vegetables
  • 1/4 cup pitted green olives
  • 1/4 cup black olives
  • 1 cup green grapes
  • 1/2 cup roasted bell peppers, drained
  • 2 kiwi, halved

Method

Preparation
  1. Clean and prepare all fruits and vegetables. Wash the green grapes, kiwi halves, and roasted bell peppers.
  2. Set out a large round or square wooden board.
  3. Begin in the center of the board and arrange the cheeses in a decorative pattern, starting with larger cheeses like Brie and blue cheese.
  4. Add the sliced meats around the cheeses. Roll up the sliced meats and smoked salmon to make them visually appealing.
  5. Fill any gaps with fruits and vegetables, clustering the green grapes and olives to create colorful sections.
  6. Evenly distribute colors for a visually appealing presentation while ensuring a variety of flavors in each bite.
  7. Enjoy your charcuterie board immediately or let it chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Notes

Aim for balanced portions when serving. Pair with whole-grain crackers for added fiber and crunch. Store leftovers in an airtight container; meats and cheeses last 3-4 days, while cut fruits last about 1-2 days.
