  • 1/2 cup honey Can be substituted with brown sugar or maple syrup.
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha Adjust to taste for heat preference.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Fresh garlic for best flavor.

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, sriracha, and minced garlic until well combined.
  2. Taste and adjust sweetness or spice level to your liking.
  3. Let the sauce sit for a few minutes to allow the garlic to soften.
  4. If too thick, add a small splash of water and stir to reach desired consistency.
Serving Suggestions
  1. Serve warm or at room temperature.
  2. Use as a dip, glaze, or drizzle over meats, tofu, or vegetables.
