Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients
  • 1.5 cups water
  • cup mango nectar Choose high-quality nectar for best flavor.
  • cup granulated sugar Adjust for sweetness preference.
  • 1 tbsp dragonfruit powder
  • ½ tsp citric acid
Drink Ingredients
  • ½ cup Mango Dragonfruit Refresher Base
  • ½ cup sweetened coconut milk Unsweetened coconut milk can be used as a substitute.
  • 1 tbsp freeze-dried dragonfruit pieces Optional for garnish.
  • Ice

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Start by adding the water, mango nectar, sugar, dragonfruit powder, and citric acid to a medium saucepan.
  2. Place the saucepan over low heat and whisk continuously until everything is dissolved, about 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature, then transfer to a large jar with a lid.
Making the Dragon Drink
  1. In a cocktail shaker or large mason jar filled with ice, add ½ cup of the mango dragonfruit refresher base, ½ cup of sweetened coconut milk, and 1 tablespoon of freeze-dried dragonfruit.
  2. Secure the lid and shake vigorously until well combined.
  3. Strain the dragon drink into a tall glass filled with ice and top with more freeze-dried dragonfruit pieces if desired.

Notes

Best served cold with a slice of fresh fruit or decorative garnishes.
