Preparation
- Start by adding the water, mango nectar, sugar, dragonfruit powder, and citric acid to a medium saucepan.
- Place the saucepan over low heat and whisk continuously until everything is dissolved, about 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature, then transfer to a large jar with a lid.
Making the Dragon Drink
- In a cocktail shaker or large mason jar filled with ice, add ½ cup of the mango dragonfruit refresher base, ½ cup of sweetened coconut milk, and 1 tablespoon of freeze-dried dragonfruit.
- Secure the lid and shake vigorously until well combined.
- Strain the dragon drink into a tall glass filled with ice and top with more freeze-dried dragonfruit pieces if desired.
Notes
Best served cold with a slice of fresh fruit or decorative garnishes.
