Ingredients
  

Eggs and Filling
  • 6 large large eggs (hard boiled)
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons gin (or vodka) Use gin or vodka based on preference
  • 1 teaspoon olive brine
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons green olives (finely chopped)
  • 12 green olives (whole) For garnishing
  • 1 tablespoon parsley (finely chopped)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Carefully scoop the yolks into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the mayonnaise, gin or vodka, olive brine, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the bowl with the yolks. Mash the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
  3. Stir in the finely chopped green olives and parsley. Adjust the seasoning if necessary.
  4. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the hollowed-out egg whites.
  5. Garnish each deviled egg with a whole green olive on top and a sprinkle of black pepper.

Notes

These deviled eggs can be made ahead of time and stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days. It's best to garnish just before serving for optimal flavor.
