Preparation
- Peel the hard-boiled eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Carefully scoop the yolks into a mixing bowl.
- Add the mayonnaise, gin or vodka, olive brine, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the bowl with the yolks. Mash the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in the finely chopped green olives and parsley. Adjust the seasoning if necessary.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the hollowed-out egg whites.
- Garnish each deviled egg with a whole green olive on top and a sprinkle of black pepper.
Notes
These deviled eggs can be made ahead of time and stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days. It's best to garnish just before serving for optimal flavor.
