Method
 

Preparation
  1. Hard boil the eggs and let them cool.
  2. Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
  3. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  4. Mix the yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  5. Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.
  6. Sprinkle with paprika before serving.

Notes

Deviled eggs can be served with fresh veggies for a nutritious side or made a day in advance for convenience. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to two days.
