  3. In another bowl, combine the puréed fruit, milk, egg, and melted butter.
  4. Gradually stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
  5. Spoon the batter into the prepared doughnut pan, filling each cavity about halfway.
  6. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
