Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the softened butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
- Add the cold egg and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
- On low speed, add the flour mixture and mix until just combined.
- Gently stir in the M&M's and white chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough, press into sprinkles and place on the prepared baking sheets.
Baking
- Bake for 8-11 minutes until edges are set but center is soft.
- Cool on wire racks.
Notes
Serve these cookies at room temperature. For a lighter option, pair with Greek yogurt and fresh berries.
