Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients
  • 2 oz cucumber juice
  • 1/2 oz elderflower syrup or cordial Can be replaced with honey or agave syrup for a cleaner option.
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1/2 cup dry sparkling wine or soda water Using soda water makes it fully non-alcoholic.
Garnish
  • as needed Cucumber ribbon and/or edible flowers For decorative garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Fill your wine glass to the brim with ice.
  2. Add the elderflower syrup or cordial.
  3. Add the cucumber juice and lime juice.
  4. Gently pour in the non-alcoholic wine (or soda) and stir, being careful not to disturb the lovely bubbles too much!
  5. Add your optional garnish and serve.

Notes

Best served chilled. Can be prepared ahead by making cucumber and lime juice in advance. Keep out garnishes until ready to serve. Store any leftover drink in the refrigerator for up to two days without garnish.
