- Place dill, lemon juice, and sweetener (if using) in a glass and muddle for about 20-30 seconds.
- Add the cucumber juice, 2 or 3 cubes of ice, and shake well.
- Double strain into an ice-filled glass and top with your soda water of choice.
- Stir gently, garnish, and serve.
Notes
Keep portions small (about 6 to 8 ounces) to control calories. You can also add a splash of pickle juice for a tangy note.
