For the Mocktail
  • 1/4 cup cucumber juice Use fresh cucumber juice for the best flavor.
  • 2 teaspoons fresh dill Alternatively, use 1 tablespoon of dill pickle juice.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon sweetener of choice Optional, use a calorie-free option to keep the drink low sugar.
  • 2/3 cup lime or regular soda water Top the drink with soda water just before serving.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place dill, lemon juice, and sweetener (if using) in a glass and muddle for about 20-30 seconds.
  2. Add the cucumber juice, 2 or 3 cubes of ice, and shake well.
  3. Double strain into an ice-filled glass and top with your soda water of choice.
  4. Stir gently, garnish, and serve.

Notes

Keep portions small (about 6 to 8 ounces) to control calories. You can also add a splash of pickle juice for a tangy note.
