  • 1 cup all-purpose flour Can be substituted for more whole wheat flour or almond flour for a low-carb version.
  • 1/2 cup seeds (e.g., sesame, flax, sunflower) Choose your favorite seeds or a mix.
  • 1 tsp salt
Wet Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup olive oil Can substitute with another oil of choice.
  • 1/2 cup water Add more if needed to achieve desired dough consistency.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, seeds, and salt.
  3. Add olive oil and water, mixing until a dough forms.
  4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick.
  5. Cut into desired shapes and place on baking sheets.
Baking
  1. Bake for 35 to 50 minutes until golden and crunchy.
  2. Allow to cool before serving.

Notes

These crackers can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. For longer storage, freeze them in resealable plastic bags for up to three months.
