Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, seeds, and salt.
- Add olive oil and water, mixing until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick.
- Cut into desired shapes and place on baking sheets.
Baking
- Bake for 35 to 50 minutes until golden and crunchy.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
These crackers can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. For longer storage, freeze them in resealable plastic bags for up to three months.
