- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a medium bowl.
- Use the back of a fork to mash the avocados to your desired level of creaminess.
- Add the lime juice, chopped onion, Roma tomato, jalapeño, and cilantro to the bowl.
- Mix everything together well until combined.
- Season with Kosher salt and pepper to taste.
Notes
