- Dip each artichoke heart into the mixture, ensuring they are coated well.
- Place the coated artichoke hearts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Lightly spray the tops with olive oil.
Cooking
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm as an appetizer or snack.
Notes
For a lighter version, omit the breadcrumbs and replace them with crushed almond flour or ground flaxseed. These artichoke hearts can also be made in an air fryer for an even crispier texture.
