Method
 

Preparation
  1. Combine feta, mozzarella, parsley, and turkey ham in a bowl.
  2. Cut phyllo sheets lengthwise into four strips and keep covered.
  3. Place filling on one end, fold sides, and roll tightly. Seal with water.

  1. Heat oil and fry rolls until golden, turning as needed.
  2. Drain on paper towels and serve.
