Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the diced ham, chopped spinach, cream cheese, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a floured surface and cut them into squares.
  4. Place a spoonful of the filling on each square.
  5. Fold the pastry over to form a triangle and seal the edges with a fork.
  6. Brush the tops with egg wash.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm.

Notes

Cool the pies at room temperature before storing. These hand pies can be frozen for up to 2 months. For best texture, reheat properly and always keep track of portion sizes for a balanced meal.
