Preparation
- Add cottage cheese and taco seasoning to a large mixing bowl and stir until well combined.
- Fold in freshly shredded pepper jack and cheddar cheese.
- Gently fold in black olives, chopped cilantro, diced red bell pepper, and minced pickled jalapeƱos.
- Mix until everything is evenly distributed throughout the dip.
- Chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Let come to room temperature for 10 minutes before serving if chilled for several hours.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. Freezing is not recommended for best texture.
