  • 1 oz non-alcoholic rum (optional) Adds a rum flavor without alcohol.
  • Cranberries, orange, rosemary, or thyme for garnish Use fresh garnishes to enhance presentation.

Preparation
  1. Fill your glass or mug with ice.
  2. Pour in the cranberry juice.
  3. Add the orange juice.
  4. Top with ginger beer or ginger kombucha.
  5. If desired, stir in the non-alcoholic rum.
  6. Stir gently to mix and taste. Adjust sweetness by adding more cranberry juice for tartness or more ginger beer for spice.
  7. Garnish with fresh cranberries, a slice of orange, and a small sprig of rosemary or thyme.
  8. Serve immediately.

Notes

Serve the mocktail in a clear glass and limit portions to 8-10 ounces to manage calories. Store in the fridge for up to 48 hours in a sealed container. Add ice only when serving to prevent dilution.
