Juices
  • 20 ml fresh orange juice Use fresh for best flavor.
  • 70 ml cranberry juice
  • 200 ml apple cider Regular or sparkling as preferred.
  • 10 ml lemon juice Adds balance to sweetness.
Garnish
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary For aroma and decoration.

Preparation
  1. Begin by measuring 20 ml of fresh orange juice and pour it into a mixing jug.
  2. Add 70 ml of cranberry juice to the jug.
  3. Pour in 200 ml of apple cider to the mixture.
  4. Add in 10 ml of lemon juice.
  5. Stir all the ingredients together with a spoon.
  6. Fill a glass with ice cubes if desired and pour the cranberry cider mixture over the ice.
  7. Garnish with a fresh sprig of rosemary.
  8. Serve and enjoy with friends or family.

Notes

Cranberry cider is versatile for any occasion and can be served chilled or over ice. Consider adding a slice of orange or lemon for garnish at festive events. Store leftovers in a covered container for up to 2 days.
