Method
Cooking the Pasta
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook al dente, stirring occasionally, for about 8-10 minutes.
Preparing the Sauce
- In a food processor or high-speed blender, combine marinara sauce and cottage cheese. Process until smooth. Set aside.
Combining and Serving
- Drain pasta and add to a large bowl. Pour cottage cheese sauce on top and gently stir.
- Garnish with grated Parmesan and chopped basil, serve immediately.
Notes
Serve warm with extra Parmesan and fresh basil. Pair with a salad or crusty bread for a complete meal.
