Ingredients
  

Pasta Ingredients
  • 3 cups pasta, uncooked (10 ounces)
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, finely chopped

Method
 

Cooking the Pasta
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook al dente, stirring occasionally, for about 8-10 minutes.
Preparing the Sauce
  1. In a food processor or high-speed blender, combine marinara sauce and cottage cheese. Process until smooth. Set aside.
Combining and Serving
  1. Drain pasta and add to a large bowl. Pour cottage cheese sauce on top and gently stir.
  2. Garnish with grated Parmesan and chopped basil, serve immediately.

Notes

Serve warm with extra Parmesan and fresh basil. Pair with a salad or crusty bread for a complete meal.
