  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped yellow or white onion
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
  • ¼ teaspoon granulated garlic

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the thawed corn, diced avocado, diced tomato, and chopped onion.
  2. Add the fresh lime juice, granulated garlic, salt, and pepper to the mixture.
