Ingredients
  

For the Iced Coffee
  • ¾ cup milk of choice (I used whole milk)
  • 3 tbsp cookie dough syrup
  • 8 oz cold brew coffee (or 2 oz espresso, or 8 oz cooled brewed coffee)
  • Ice to fill glass
Optional Garnishes
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • mini chocolate chips for topping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a small jar or glass, stir together the milk and cookie dough syrup and set aside.
  2. Fill a tall glass with ice.
Assembly
  1. Pour the cold brew coffee over the ice.
  2. Pour the sweetened milk mixture over the coffee.
  3. Top with whipped cream and mini chocolate chips if desired.
  4. Mix gently and enjoy your homemade Cookie Dough Iced Coffee!

Notes

Best served cold and enjoyed immediately. Store leftover coffee in the fridge for up to 3 days. The milk and syrup mixture can be stored for up to 2 days.
