Preparation
  1. Hard boil the eggs for about 10-12 minutes, cool and peel them. Cut the eggs in half and remove the yolks.
  2. In a bowl, mix the yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Prepare food coloring by mixing it with water in a cup.
  4. Dip the egg whites in the colored water for about 5 minutes to change their color.
  5. Spoon the yolk mixture back into the colored egg whites.
Serving

Notes

These deviled eggs are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Avoid freezing to prevent texture changes.
