  1. Gather all of your ingredients in one place.
  2. Pour the heavy cream, milk, and syrup into a small jar or container, securing the lid if using a jar.
  3. Using a milk frother, high-speed blender, or whisk, froth the mixture for 15-20 seconds until airy and foamy.
  4. Check the foam's consistency and froth for additional seconds if necessary.
  5. Serve the cold foam immediately for best texture and flavor.
Serving Suggestions
  1. Brew a strong cup of coffee and allow it to cool.
  2. Fill a glass with ice and pour the cooled coffee over the ice.
  3. Spoon or pour the cold foam generously on top of the iced coffee.
  4. For added sweetness, drizzle some extra syrup over the top.

Notes

Use chilled ingredients for better foam, and consider experimenting with flavored syrups. If you have a high-speed blender, it's suitable for frothing too. Cold foam can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days in the refrigerator; re-froth before using.
