Ingredients
  

For the Coffee Ice Cubes
  • 2 cups cold brew coffee Use your preferred brand or homemade.
  • 2 tbsp instant coffee granules For added flavor and richness.
  • 2 cups hot water To dissolve instant coffee.
  • 2 cups brewed coffee (cooled) Regular brewed coffee, cooled to room temperature.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Stir together the instant coffee granules with hot water until dissolved. Allow to cool to room temperature.
  2. Mix the cold brew coffee and cooled brewed coffee in a bowl or pitcher.
  3. Pour the coffee mixture evenly into an ice cube tray.
Freezing
  1. Place the filled ice cube tray in the freezer and let it freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
Storage
  1. Remove the coffee ice cubes from the tray and transfer to an airtight container. They can be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months.
Serving
  1. Add the coffee ice cubes to a glass of milk or your favorite coffee syrup for a chilled beverage without dilution.
  2. Blend coffee ice cubes with milk and ice cream for a coffee shake.
  3. Use coffee ice cubes in smoothies or as a cocktail ingredient.
  4. In desserts, pour hot coffee over coffee ice cubes for an affogato treat.

Notes

For the best flavor, use quality coffee and avoid sugar or cream before freezing. Experiment with different flavors and brewing methods for unique results.
