Preparation
- Cook the boba pearls according to the manufacturer’s instructions, typically bringing water to a boil and adding the pearls.
- After cooking, strain the boba pearls and soak them in cold water for about 5 minutes.
- Prepare a tall glass by pouring the cooled boba pearls into it, followed by a handful of ice.
- Pour the brown sugar syrup over the boba pearls.
- Add the cold brew coffee into the glass, mixing it with the boba and syrup.
- Top with the milk of your choice and stir gently to mix.
- Grab a boba straw and enjoy your homemade Coffee Boba Tea!
Notes
For best taste, use quality coffee and milk. Store components separately if leftovers exist.
