  • ¼ cup black boba pearls (dry) Boba pearls are typically found in Asian grocery stores.
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar syrup Adjust sweetness based on preference.
  • ¾ cup cold brew coffee Use quality cold brew for the best flavor.
  • ½ cup milk of choice Whole milk is used, but alternatives can be tried.
  • as needed Ice Use ice cubes to keep the drink cold.

Preparation
  1. Cook the boba pearls according to the manufacturer’s instructions, typically bringing water to a boil and adding the pearls.
  2. After cooking, strain the boba pearls and soak them in cold water for about 5 minutes.
  3. Prepare a tall glass by pouring the cooled boba pearls into it, followed by a handful of ice.
  4. Pour the brown sugar syrup over the boba pearls.
  5. Add the cold brew coffee into the glass, mixing it with the boba and syrup.
  6. Top with the milk of your choice and stir gently to mix.
  7. Grab a boba straw and enjoy your homemade Coffee Boba Tea!

Notes

For best taste, use quality coffee and milk. Store components separately if leftovers exist.
