Preparation
- In the microwave, heat together the coconut syrup and water for about 10-15 seconds until warm but not boiling.
- Add the instant coffee granules to the warm coconut syrup mixture. Using a milk frother, froth this mixture for about 60-90 seconds until soft peaks form.
- In a tall glass, add some ice, then pour your milk of choice over the ice.
- Top your milk with the fluffy coconut whipped coffee and mix together as you enjoy.
Notes
To enhance the experience, consider serving in a tall clear glass and sprinkle with cocoa powder or cinnamon on top. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days; re-whip before serving.
