Main Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp coconut syrup
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1-2 tsp instant coffee granules Adjust based on desired coffee strength.
  • ¾ cup milk of choice (Coconut milk recommended)
  • Ice As needed.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In the microwave, heat together the coconut syrup and water for about 10-15 seconds until warm but not boiling.
  2. Add the instant coffee granules to the warm coconut syrup mixture. Using a milk frother, froth this mixture for about 60-90 seconds until soft peaks form.
  3. In a tall glass, add some ice, then pour your milk of choice over the ice.
  4. Top your milk with the fluffy coconut whipped coffee and mix together as you enjoy.

Notes

To enhance the experience, consider serving in a tall clear glass and sprinkle with cocoa powder or cinnamon on top. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days; re-whip before serving.
