Preparation
- Chill your glass for a few minutes if possible to keep the latte extra cold.
- Brew your espresso or strong coffee.
- Fill the chilled glass with ice.
- Pour about half a cup of coconut milk over the ice.
- Add a splash of homemade coconut syrup or maple syrup for sweetness.
- Stir in the strawberry puree, pink pitaya powder, or hibiscus tea for color.
- Pour the coffee over the top and stir gently if desired.
Notes
For a different flavor, substitute cold brew for espresso, add protein powder, or use different syrups and juices for color. Garnish with a sliced strawberry or top with whipped cream for extra flair.
