Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 cup coconut milk (canned, unsweetened) Thicker and creamier than carton milk.
  • 2 shots espresso or strong coffee Brew fresh for best flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon strawberry puree For color and sweetness; can substitute with pink pitaya powder or hibiscus tea.
  • 1 splash homemade coconut syrup or maple syrup Optional for added sweetness.
  • 1 handful ice For chilling the drink.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Chill your glass for a few minutes if possible to keep the latte extra cold.
  2. Brew your espresso or strong coffee.
  3. Fill the chilled glass with ice.
  4. Pour about half a cup of coconut milk over the ice.
  5. Add a splash of homemade coconut syrup or maple syrup for sweetness.
  6. Stir in the strawberry puree, pink pitaya powder, or hibiscus tea for color.
  7. Pour the coffee over the top and stir gently if desired.

Notes

For a different flavor, substitute cold brew for espresso, add protein powder, or use different syrups and juices for color. Garnish with a sliced strawberry or top with whipped cream for extra flair.
