- In a small pot, add 1 cup of milk and heat it over medium heat until warm, about 5 minutes.
- Once the milk is warm, stir in 2 tablespoons of vanilla protein powder, 1 teaspoon of maple syrup, ½ teaspoon of cinnamon, ¼ teaspoon of nutmeg, and ¼ teaspoon of vanilla extract.
- Using a handheld frother, froth the mixture until smooth and slightly bubbly.
- Brew or pour 1 shot of espresso into a coffee cup. If you prefer, use ½ cup of strong brewed coffee.
- Carefully pour the frothed milk mixture over the coffee in your cup.
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick or an extra sprinkle of cinnamon.
