Ingredients
  

For the Chocolate Hazelnut Cold Foam
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp whole milk
  • 1 tbsp hazelnut syrup Or vanilla syrup for a more authentic Starbucks recipe
  • 1 tbsp malted milk powder
  • 1 ½ tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
For the Cold Brew
  • 1 ½ cups cold brew coffee Use high-quality cold brew for best taste.
  • 2 tbsp hazelnut syrup Divided use: 1 tbsp for the cold foam, 1 tbsp for the coffee.
  • 1 tbsp crushed Oreo cookies For topping

Method
 

Make the Chocolate Hazelnut Cold Foam
  1. In a small jar or container, combine the heavy cream, whole milk, 1 tablespoon of hazelnut syrup, malted milk powder, and cocoa powder.
  2. Use a milk frother to froth the mixture for 10-20 seconds, or until it’s well combined and slightly thickened. Set aside for later.
Prepare the Cold Brew
  1. In a tall glass, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of hazelnut syrup.
  2. Pour in the cold brew coffee and stir well.
Add Ice and Top
  1. Fill the glass with ice cubes to keep your drink cold.
  2. Carefully spoon the chocolate hazelnut cold foam on top of the cold brew coffee.
Finishing Touch
  1. Sprinkle crushed Oreo cookies over the foam for added crunch and flavor.
