Method
Make the Chocolate Cold Foam
- Add heavy cream, whole milk, 1 tablespoon of vanilla syrup, malted milk powder, and unsweetened cocoa powder to a jar or container.
- Use a milk frother to froth these ingredients for about 10 to 20 seconds until well combined. Set aside.
Prepare the Cold Brew
- In a tall glass, add 1 tablespoon of vanilla syrup.
- Pour in the cold brew coffee and stir gently to mix.
Serve
- Top the coffee mixture with ice to keep it cold.
- Spoon the chocolate cold foam over the cold brew and fill the glass to your liking.
Notes
For extra presentation, consider adding whipped cream on top and sprinkling cocoa powder or chocolate shavings.
