- In a mixing bowl, combine all the chimichurri ingredients except for the olive oil.
- Stir the mixture to combine well.
- Slowly drizzle the olive oil into the mixture while stirring to blend all ingredients nicely.
- Serve immediately, or cover and store at room temperature for up to 24 hours before serving for enhanced flavor.
Notes
Chimichurri can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week. Freezing in ice cubes allows for easy use later.
