- Segment the oranges and set aside.

- In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the sliced halloumi. Cook until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes.
Assembly
- Assemble the salad by placing the halloumi, pea shoots, wild rocket, and orange segments on a plate.
- Drizzle the chilli honey glaze over the salad before serving.
