  • to taste any other flavoring Customize to your preference.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Measure 1 tablespoon of chia seeds.
  2. Pour the chia seeds into a glass or water bottle.
  3. Add 1 cup of water to the glass.
  4. Use a spoon to stir the mixture well.
  5. Allow the mix to sit for about 10-15 minutes.
  6. If desired, add lemon juice or honey and stir again.
