Preparation
- Measure 1 tablespoon of chia seeds.
- Pour the chia seeds into a glass or water bottle.
- Add 1 cup of water to the glass.
- Use a spoon to stir the mixture well.
- Allow the mix to sit for about 10-15 minutes.
- If desired, add lemon juice or honey and stir again.
Serving
- Your Chia Seeds Water is ready to drink! Enjoy it chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
Store in the refrigerator and consume within 2-3 days. Do not freeze as it may change the texture.
