Ingredients
  

For the Tea Latte
  • 1 cup chamomile tea
  • 1/2 cup milk (or plant-based alternative) Use any milk of choice.
  • 1-2 teaspoons honey or sweetener of choice Adjust to taste.
  • 1 tablespoon dried rose petals
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 serving whipped cream (optional) For topping.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Brew the chamomile tea according to package instructions.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat the milk over low heat until warm, but not boiling.
  3. Stir in the honey and vanilla extract.
  4. Add the dried rose petals and steep for a few minutes.
  5. Strain the rose petals and mix the warm milk with the brewed chamomile tea.
  6. Pour into a mug and top with whipped cream if desired.
  7. Enjoy your Chamomile Rose Tea Latte!

Notes

This latte is best enjoyed fresh. Store any leftover tea mix in the fridge for up to 24 hours. It is not recommended to freeze as the milk and tea can separate upon thawing.
