Ingredients
  

For the chai mix
  • 1 cup Milk powder Creates a creamy texture in your chai latte.
  • 1 cup Vanilla creamer Adds sweetness and vanilla flavor.
  • 1/2 cup Sugar Adjust to taste; can be omitted.
  • 2 tablespoons Spices (cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, cloves) Use your choice of spices based on preference.
For preparation
  • 1 cup Water or milk Hot for a warm latte or cold for an iced version.

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine milk powder, vanilla creamer, sugar, and your choice of spices. Mix well to create your chai tea latte mix.
  2. To make a hot chai latte, mix 2 tablespoons of the chai mix with a cup of hot water or milk. Stir until dissolved.
  3. For an iced chai latte, blend the chai mix with cold milk or water and ice. Adjust sweetness and spices to taste.
  4. Store any leftover mixture in an airtight container.

Notes

Serve topped with whipped cream, a sprinkle of cinnamon, or a drizzle of honey. Store the mix in a cool, dry place. It can also be frozen for longer storage.
