- In a bowl, combine milk powder, vanilla creamer, sugar, and your choice of spices. Mix well to create your chai tea latte mix.
- To make a hot chai latte, mix 2 tablespoons of the chai mix with a cup of hot water or milk. Stir until dissolved.
- For an iced chai latte, blend the chai mix with cold milk or water and ice. Adjust sweetness and spices to taste.
- Store any leftover mixture in an airtight container.
Notes
Serve topped with whipped cream, a sprinkle of cinnamon, or a drizzle of honey. Store the mix in a cool, dry place. It can also be frozen for longer storage.
