For the Cream Cheese Cold Foam
  • 3 tablespoons whipped cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla syrup
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon whole milk
For the Carrot Cake Latte
  • 2 tablespoons carrot cake syrup
  • 3/4 cup milk of choice
  • 2 oz espresso
  • ice

Method
 

Make the Cold Foam
  1. Add all cold foam ingredients to a small glass or jar and froth using a milk frother until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
Make the Carrot Cake Latte
  1. Add ice to a tall glass, then pour in the carrot cake syrup.
  2. Top with milk and stir.
  3. Pour the espresso over the sweetened milk, then top with cream cheese cold foam.
  4. Enjoy your drink!

Notes

For a lighter option, use low-fat milk and sugar-free syrup. To make it high-protein, add protein powder or use Greek yogurt in the foam. Don't freeze the cream cheese cold foam as it alters the texture.
