  • ¾ cup prepared yellow mustard
  • ½ cup brown sugar (or brown/gold allulose substitute)
  • cup honey Can be substituted with maple syrup for a vegan option.
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce Ensure it's gluten-free if needed.
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper Adjust to taste for desired spiciness.

Preparation
  1. Add all ingredients to a saucepan.
  2. Heat over medium heat until the brown sugar is dissolved, about 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool.
  4. Store in an air-tight container for up to 7 days.

Notes

This sauce can be used as a marinade for grilled meats or as a dipping sauce for various dishes. It stores well in the refrigerator and can also be frozen for longer preservation.
