Preparation
- Pour the honey, ground cardamom, and vanilla extract into the bottom of a latte glass or mug.
- Pour in the hot espresso and stir well to mix all the ingredients together.
- Hold the mug slightly to the side at a 45˚ angle. Slowly pour the steamed milk into the center of the mug, filling it up to leave a thin layer of foam on top.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious cardamom latte!
Notes
Consider adding a sprinkle of ground cardamom or cinnamon on top of the foam for extra flavor. This latte can also be served iced for a refreshing summer drink.
