  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Fresh garlic recommended for best flavor.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Use freshly grated for better melt.
  • to taste Salt and pepper To season the sauce.
  • for garnish Fresh parsley, chopped Optional, for garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  2. Stir in the Cajun seasoning and cook for another minute.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring constantly, and bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving over pasta, seafood, or chicken.

Notes

This sauce can be served over various dishes like pasta, shrimp, or grilled chicken. It can be thinned with pasta water if too thick.
