Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients
  • 1 cup homemade mayonnaise can substitute with Greek yogurt for a lighter version
  • 3 cloves garlic (peeled and cut into thirds) for easy blending
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 2 Tbsp white distilled vinegar
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese can be omitted for a vegan version
  • 2 tsp lemon juice (juice of 1/2 lemon)
  • 1 Tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place the garlic cloves in the blender and blend until finely minced.
  2. Add the Dijon mustard, dry mustard, and white distilled vinegar. Blend for a few seconds to combine.
  3. Pour in the homemade mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, grated Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, sunflower oil, and black pepper.
  4. Blend all the ingredients together until you reach a creamy and smooth consistency.
  5. Taste the dressing and adjust seasonings as necessary.
  6. Pour the finished dressing into a storage container and refrigerate.

Notes

This dressing pairs well with romaine lettuce for a classic Caesar salad, or as a dip for vegetables and topping for grilled chicken. Store in an airtight container for up to one week. Not suitable for freezing.
