- Place the garlic cloves in the blender and blend until finely minced.
- Add the Dijon mustard, dry mustard, and white distilled vinegar. Blend for a few seconds to combine.
- Pour in the homemade mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, grated Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, sunflower oil, and black pepper.
- Blend all the ingredients together until you reach a creamy and smooth consistency.
- Taste the dressing and adjust seasonings as necessary.
- Pour the finished dressing into a storage container and refrigerate.
Notes
This dressing pairs well with romaine lettuce for a classic Caesar salad, or as a dip for vegetables and topping for grilled chicken. Store in an airtight container for up to one week. Not suitable for freezing.
