  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar

  • 1 batch buttercream frosting (various colors)
  • 1 cup sprinkles or edible decorations

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat the softened butter and sugar until creamy. Add the egg and vanilla, mixing well.
  4. Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until combined.
  5. Roll dough into small balls and shape them into bunny forms on the prepared baking sheets.
Baking
  1. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
  2. Allow cookies to cool on a wire rack.
  3. Once cooled, decorate with buttercream frosting and sprinkles.

Notes

Store cookies in an airtight container for up to a week. For longer storage, freeze in a single layer and transfer to a freezer-safe bag. They can be kept frozen for up to 3 months.
