Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the softened butter and sugar until creamy. Add the egg and vanilla, mixing well.
- Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until combined.
- Roll dough into small balls and shape them into bunny forms on the prepared baking sheets.
Baking
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
- Allow cookies to cool on a wire rack.
- Once cooled, decorate with buttercream frosting and sprinkles.
Notes
Store cookies in an airtight container for up to a week. For longer storage, freeze in a single layer and transfer to a freezer-safe bag. They can be kept frozen for up to 3 months.
