  • 1.5 cups full-fat oat milk Use good-quality oat milk for the best flavor.
  • 0.5 cups barista-style oat milk Barista-style oat milk froths better.
  • 1/3 cup dark brown sugar (packed) Packed for better sweetness.
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar Adjust amount based on desired sweetness.

Preparation
  1. Whisk together all the ingredients in a saucepan until well combined.
  2. Place the saucepan over medium-low heat and heat until the mixture begins to steam, ensuring it does not boil.
  3. Continue stirring until the sugars are fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth with no visible sugar granules.
  4. Remove from heat and allow to cool at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
  5. Pour the creamer into a clean container or mason jar and seal tightly.
Serving
  1. Add a splash or two to your morning coffee, tea, or any hot beverage of your choice.
  2. Optional: Top with cinnamon or nutmeg for extra flavor.
Storage
  1. Store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days in a sealed container.
  2. Shake or stir before using as separation may occur.

Notes

For a frothier texture, use a milk frother before serving. Consider doubling the recipe if you frequently use it.
